Invoice Generator ("the App") is developed by efyio ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and your choices. The short version: the App works entirely offline, your invoice and client data stays on your device, and we do not operate any servers that collect or store your data.
We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your data. Specifically, the App:
All information you enter — invoices, clients, items, business/company details, and signatures you draw in the App — is stored in a local database and local files on your device only. This data is never uploaded anywhere by the App. If you uninstall the App or clear its storage, this data is permanently deleted.

| Contacts | Only if you choose to import a client from your phone contacts. The App reads the contact you select to pre-fill a client's name/phone/email. Contact data is copied into the App's local database and is never uploaded or shared — it is used purely to save you typing. |
| Photos / Media | Only if you choose to pick an image, used to set your business logo shown on generated invoices. The image is stored locally and used only to render your invoice PDFs. |
| Storage (PDF export & sharing) | Used to generate invoice PDFs and to hand them to the share sheet, printer, or file picker when you choose to export, print, or share an invoice. This only happens when you explicitly trigger a share/print/export action, and it goes exactly where you direct it (e.g. an app you pick from the share sheet). |
Every permission above is optional and only used for the specific feature it supports. Declining a permission simply disables that feature (e.g. contact import); the rest of the App continues to work normally.
When you use the App's share, print, or export features, the generated PDF is handed to the operating system's native share/print sheet. Where that file goes from there (email, messaging app, cloud drive, printer, etc.) is entirely your choice and is handled by the destination app, not by us.
The App is a business tool intended for general audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any data from children, as the App does not collect data at all.
Since all data is stored locally, you are always in full control of it. You can delete individual invoices/clients from within the App, or remove all data at once by clearing the App's storage/data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
